Duke provides senior-level philanthropic counsel to the charitable community throughout Canada, the United States and internationally.

Over his 25-year career, Duke has provided direct-marketing fundraising expertise for North America’s largest and most respected non-profit organizations, including American Red Cross, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Canadian Red Cross, ChildFund International, Heart & Stroke, International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, Plan International Canada, Save the Children USA and Canada, World Vision Canada, UNHCR, UNICEF Canada, United Service Organizations (USO), and many others.

Duke has traveled to over 40 developing countries to meet, film and photograph children and their families whose lives have been impacted by the organizations he has worked tirelessly to serve.

Chris joined DPG after providing more than 20 years of fundraising and communications experience with some of Canada’s most notable NGOs. He served eight years as a Director with World Vision Canada overseeing areas such as direct mail acquisition and cultivation, child sponsorship broadcast acquisition, Artists & Associates, Chinese Ministries and others.

After World Vision, Chris served as Vice-President, Fundraising and Communications for CARE Canada where he was responsible for developing and managing brand and generating private-sector revenue from direct response and major gift programs. He previously provided senior-fundraising leadership to organizations including Leukemia Research Fund of Canada, Toronto Rehabilitation Hospital and the Metropolitan Toronto Zoo.

His background covers a wide range of expertise, including brand management and development, donor cultivation and acquisition, major-gift and legacy programs and new-product development.

Katy brings a wealth of marketing and advertising experience, having served clients at large advertising agencies in the Los Angeles area including Oglilvy & Mather and AdMarketing Century City. Katy’s comprehensive knowledge encompasses many unique aspects of the marketing and advertising industry.

Tyrone has been working with Direct Point Group since the formation of the company in 2007. With 20 years of graphic design and senior-level art direction, Tyrone provides DPG clients with substantial experience across several facets of marketing and communications, including direct response, trade, corporate and consumer fields.

Tyrone works on all DPG client-related projects including direct mail development, email and rich media online creative and execution, web-site design, gift catalog print and website design, P.O.P. displays and signage, space advertising, brand identity systems, and other direct marketing programs.

Monique brings 10-plus years of direct-marketing and account-management experience to DPG.

Working on both the agency and client teams, Monique has successfully conceived, launched and optimized large-scale, integrated-marketing programs, playing key roles within strategic development, creative design, production, data management and reporting and analytics.

A channel-agnostic marketer, Monique is comfortable working within all streams of the donor experience—print, mail, email, web, social media and others.

Peggy O'Shaughnessy, Account Manager

Peggy is an award-winning senior marketing professional with over 30 years of developing and executing strategic marketing plans as well as extensive knowledge of production, data and market analysis. She fine-tuned her direct-marketing skills in publishing with industry leaders such as Reader’s Digest and Maclean Hunter Publishing (now Rogers Media) and with non-profits such as Canadian Diabetes Association, Multiple Sclerosis and Daily Bread Food Bank.

Over the years, Peggy has developed, produced and executed thousands of direct-mail campaigns, launched loyalty programs and developed in depth understanding of data and modelling on both the agency and client side. Her experience covers many industries including financial services, communications, tourism and travel, not-for-profit and courier/mail services.

From both the client and agency sides, Dave has honed his skills for the past ten years with direct mail, cause marketing, social media, branding, contests and consumer promotions.

Rapinder brings over five years of not-for-profit and direct-marketing experience to her clients, after serving as Direct Response Marketing Specialist at Canadian National Institute for the Blind.

In addition to CNIB, Rapinder gained her knowledge of the marketing and communications industry—and a strong desire to assist goal-oriented clients—while working with both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations such as Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada and SNC-Lavalin Inc.

Jessica is one of DPG’s most seasoned veterans. Before coming to DPG, Jessica spent two years at Aimia Inc., honing her client service skills as an Account Coordinator.

In addition to Aimia, Jessica gained her unique knowledge of the marketing industry and strong desire to assist goal-oriented clients while working with not-for-profit organizations such as Citizens for Clean Air, the Oakville Hospital Foundation and the Canadian Cancer Society.

Morgen recently joined DPG as an Account Coordinator. She attended post-secondary education at Ryerson University, where she earned a degree in Marketing Management from Ted Rogers School of Management. Morgen gained marketing and project management experience through various jobs throughout her schooling.

Morgen has a passion for problem solving and client relations and has already gained valuable insights while working at DPG.
